How Does The Word Of God Bear Fruit In Us?

Introduction - Part 3

We are told in Ephesians 3:20-21 that God can do more than we could ever ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work in us. Earlier, we mentioned In Ephesians 3:16-17 that God is strengthening us with power through His Spirit in our inner being (spirit) so that Jesus can live in our hearts by faith.

 

We must believe in the Word of God. God sent His Son Jesus, so whoever believed in Him would be saved. Believing in Jesus is believing in what Jesus says, and what Jesus says comes from the Father (John 14:10). 

 

Look at Ephesians 3:20 again! God can do more than we could ever ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us

 

Let us never forget John 3:16-17, where we are told that God loved the world so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to save those who would listen to His Words. Therefore, if you trust and obey God’s word, you will bear fruit, which means you will be productive in all you do.

 

Ephesians 3:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

 

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

 

Let us now go back to the Parable of the Sower and use what God reveals through the three Gospels, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, to fully understand why some bear fruit and others don’t.
