Fruit That Will Last

Fruit Overview

Living In The Spirit

Galatians 5:22 the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Galatians 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Each quality of the Fruit of the Spirit allows us to be fruitful in all areas of our lives whether we are at home, school, work or play. Exemplifying the fruit of the spirit in everything we do means that we are living in the Spirit. Even when hard times come, the Word of God promises those who love Him that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

The Greatest Commandment

Mark 12:29 Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. 31 And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
